Three senior citizens have died after contracting Legionnaires disease at Peregrine Senior Living Facility in Albany, New York, according to reports. Here's what to know about the infection.
"We began an immediate investigation and the assisted living facility was placed on water restrictions," a spokesperson said in the statement. A total of 20 people have been hospitalized since Aug. 30, according to the local health department.
