  最近投資市場風起雲湧,有些市場隨時步入熊市,相當嚇人。因為步入熊市,這些市場中短期內跌多升少,對於投資者不是好消息。反而本港樓市高位爭持,開始進入慢牛階段,應會有漫長的升浪。

  2008年爆發的環球金融海嘯,導致世界各國實行量化寬鬆政策,大印銀紙的後果是促使熱錢流去購買資產,主要是買入物業、股票及黃金等,務求達到保本增值的目的,避免持有現金造成財富貶值。

  經過連番量寬之後,世界各地主要股市、樓市及金市都展現大幅升勢,許多人都後悔量寬時期沒有買入這些資產,錯過了資產升值機會。他們希望將來假如再有量寬,便不會錯過機會,一定會大手吸納股票、物業及黃金等資產,藉以對抗現金貶值的問題。
