樓價指數彈1.22% 七個月最急

  【大公報訊】多個新盤開售銷情理想,利好二手氣氛。反映10月底市況的中原城市領先指數(CCL)最新報188.34點,按周彈1.22%,升幅屬29周(約7個月)最大,港島樓價指數按周更勁飆4.76%,為29個月最強升勢。

  反映主要二手屋苑樓價走勢的CCL最新報188.34點,今年累升6.88%。其他指數方面,大型屋苑指數報190.35點,按周彈1.22%;中小型單位指數報188.29點,按周回升1.08%,兩者同樣終止7周連跌,漲幅齊為16周(約4個月)最高。大型單位指數報188.62點,按周揚1.97%,升幅是26周(逾6個月)以來最巨,該指數連升3周共漲3.2%。

  中原:止跌回穩跡象

  中原地產研究部高級聯席董事黃良昇指出,本周指數主要反映10月25日至31日市況,為美國聯儲局宣布縮減買債前夕,其間CCL四大整體指數齊反彈,樓價有止跌回穩的跡象,展望短期內找到支持,並於高位企穩。
