  明愛堅道社區中心社工同事周麗霞姑娘建議,初學者不要單獨進行健步走或跑步練習,參加訓練班不僅有教練指導,還有年紀接近的學員互相鼓勵。健步走/跑步學堂教練李嘉綸強調跑步姿勢正確便不會受傷,並親自指出4大要訣。

  鞋 子

  李嘉綸並不講究鞋款,但堅持買鞋時,腳跟緊貼鞋筒最後,鞋尖一定要有一隻手指的空間,而且要重新穿鞋帶,不要綁得太緊,確保腳背沒有受壓迫而不舒服。這是因為長跑會令腳部腫脹,所以鞋子不能太緊,否則會導致腳指甲瘀黑等。

  膝 蓋

  坊間有指跑步容易「傷膝」,李嘉綸強調問題出於姿勢。他指出只要每跑一步都用力提高大腿,無論腳尖、中間或腳跟落地,膝蓋都要保持在腳掌之後,姿勢便屬正確,當中以腳跟落地最安全。膝部太前的話,關節便會承受很大壓力,引致受傷。
