  .高端疫苗利用基因重組技術,製作出病毒表面的「棘蛋白」再打入人體,讓免疫系統產生反應,認識新冠病毒的棘蛋白,產生抗體對抗。

  .蛋白質次單元疫苗不是新技術,現在施打的乙肝疫苗就是蛋白質次單元疫苗,安全性非常高,連小寶寶都能打,而且成分單純。   .光靠蛋白質本身比較難引起足夠的免疫反應,無法產生記憶,因此需要靠「添加佐劑」去加強免疫反應,佐劑倘選錯會影響效果。   .對於抗原濃度的選擇也是一門學問,法國的賽諾菲藥廠(Sanofi)因無法找到最佳抗原濃度造成研發進度落後。 (大公報整理)
