调控持续加码 房地产多项指标增速回落

信贷收紧叠加调控持续加码的背景下,房地产市场从价格到成交量,涨幅明显放缓。三线城市新建住宅价格环比上涨0.2%,涨幅比上月回落0.1个百分点;二手住宅价格环比由上月上涨转为下降0.1%。

信贷收紧叠加调控持续加码的背景下,房地产市场从价格到成交量,涨幅明显放缓。国家统计局数据显示,商品房市场量价热度持续减弱,7月单月销售量达今年以来最低值,单月均价回归2020年同期水平。 业内人士表示,楼市调控作用不断显现,供需两端房价上涨预期减弱,入市更理性、谨慎,由于去年同期基数高,房地产开发投资、新开工面积等多项指标增速将继续回落,热点城市楼市有望降温。 7月房价涨幅延续回落 8月16日,国家统计局发布了7月70个大中城市住宅销售价格变动情况。新闻发言人付凌晖表示,今年以来,随着经济恢复特别是融资条件的改善,部分地区房价上涨比较明显,相关部门加强了市场调节,落实城市的主体责任,抑制不合理需求,促进房地产市场总体趋稳。7月,70个大中城市商品住宅销售价格涨幅延续回落态势。
