研发经费投入达2.79万亿元！2021年我国研发投入强度创新高

2021年，我国科技创新能力持续增强，研发投入强度再创新高。

China's spending on research and development (R&D) hit a new high of 2.44 percent of its gross domestic product (GDP) in 2021, up 0.03 percentage points from the previous year, , according to a report released by the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS).After deducting price factors, China's R&D spending in 2021 rose 9.4 percent year on year, said the NBS.

国家统计局26日发布数据显示，2021年我国R&D经费与GDP之比再创新高，达到2.44%，比上年提高0.03个百分点。按不变价计算，R&D经费增长9.4%。

The country's total expenditure on R&D amounted to about 2.79 trillion yuan last year, up 14.2 percent year on year. 

据初步测算，2021年我国R&D经费投入达27864亿元，比上年增长14.2%。

Investment in basic research stood at 169.6 billion yuan last year, accounting for 6.09 percent of the total R&D spending, up 0.08 percentage points from the previous year, the data showed.

2021年我国R&D经费中基础研究经费为1696亿元。基础研究经费占R&D经费比重达到6.09%，比上年提高0.08个百分点。

“2021年我国经济持续稳定恢复（the steady recovery of the Chinese economy），创新动能有效增强（enhanced innovation drivers），促进R&D经费增长。企业研发费用加计扣除、改革科研经费管理和项目管理等激励政策不断完善（improved incentive policies）及落实到位，进一步激发了R&D主体投入热情。”国家统计局社科文司统计师张启龙解读数据时表示。

"Global Innovation Index 2021" released by the World Intellectual Property Organization showed that China has made continuous progress rising from 14th rank in 2020 to 12th in 2021 among 132 economies.

世界知识产权组织2021年发布的全球创新指数（GII）显示，我国科技创新能力在132个经济体中位列第12位，较上年再提升两位。
