最高人民法院工作报告3月7日提请十四届全国人大一次会议审议。报告指出，过去五年，智慧法院建设取得重大进展。智慧法院经受住世纪疫情大考，新冠疫情防控以来全国法院网上立案2996万件、开庭504万场。

Chinese courts have made notable progress in building "intelligent courts" over the past five years, a Supreme People's Court report said Tuesday. Chinese courts have stood up to the impacts of COVID-19. Since the outbreak of COVID-19 in early 2020, nearly 30 million litigation cases have been filed via a nationwide online platform and 5.04 million hearings been held via video links, according to the report, submitted to the ongoing session of the 14th National People's Congress for deliberation.

3月7日下午，十四届全国人大一次会议在北京人民大会堂举行第二次全体会议，最高人民法院院长周强向大会作最高人民法院工作报告。报告指出，过去五年，全面推进智慧服务、智慧审判、智慧执行、智慧管理，建成全业务网上办理、全流程依法公开、全方位智能服务的智慧法院。智慧法院经受住世纪疫情大考，新冠疫情防控以来全国法院网上立案2996万件、开庭504万场、证据交换819万件次、异地执行593万件次、接访15万件次，实现“审判执行不停摆、公平正义不止步”。广泛应用类案识别推送、智能合约执行等技术，为审判执行工作赋能增效。建成全球最大的司法审判信息资源库，围绕社会治理热点形成1317份司法大数据报告。智慧法院成为中国司法在国际上的鲜明亮色。

社会主义法治国家建设深入推进，全面依法治国总体格局基本形成，中国特色社会主义法治体系加快建设，司法体制改革取得重大进展，社会公平正义保障更为坚实，法治中国建设开创新局面。

We have intensified efforts to advance socialist rule of law in our country, and a comprehensive framework for law-based governance has taken shape. We have sped up work on developing the system of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics. We have made major progress in reforming the judicial system, thus providing more effective protection for social fairness and justice. These efforts have opened new ground for advancing the rule of law in China.
