这种老醋月饼的馅料，有芝麻、葡萄干、果脯等，馅料和制作都保留了传统晋式月饼的工艺。但老醋月饼的奥妙还在一个“醋”字，加入了手工八年八度的老陈醋，醋香浓郁。
虽然有了酸度很高的老陈醋加持，但老醋月饼并没有酸酸的口感。醋的香味中和了糖的甜度，解油解甜解腻，每天能卖出4000多个。
