国内规模最大煤基乙醇项目在陕建成

我国规模最大的50万吨/年煤基乙醇项目6月30日在陕西榆林榆神工业区建成中交，标志着项目进入试车阶段。该项目缓解我国燃料乙醇对粮食依赖的同时，每年还可转化低阶煤150万吨，有效弥补了我国石油资源不足，对保障国家能源安全和粮食安全具有重要战略意义。
China's largest coal-based ethanol project with an annual output of 500,000 tonnes was put into trial operation in Yulin City in northwestern Shaanxi Province on Thursday.
我国规模最大的50万吨/年煤基乙醇项目近日在陕西榆林建成中交，转入试运行阶段。
The project uses coal as raw material to produce ethanol and other chemical products, and it can convert 1.5 million tonnes of coal annually. Experts said three tonnes of grain can produce one tonne of ethanol, saving 1.5 million tonnes of bio-ethanol raw grain every year when in full service.
项目以煤为原料，生产无水乙醇等化工产品，每年可转化低阶煤150万吨。专家介绍，按照3吨粮食生产1吨乙醇测算，50万吨/年煤基乙醇项目建成投产后，每年可节约生物乙醇原料粮150万吨。
乙醇（Ethanol）是世界公认的优良汽油添加剂，也是重要的基础化学品（is a widely used chemical raw material），可用来生产乙醛、氯乙醇等，并衍生出染料、洗涤剂等产品中间体，制品多达300种以上（more than 300 kinds of related products）。
The Yulin project produces ethanol through carbonylation of dimethyl ether, an internationally leading technology with independent intellectual property rights in China. In addition to the four methods of using coal to produce olefin, oil, natural gas and ethylene glycol, the new environment-friendly technology will boost the high-end, diversified and low carbonization development of China's coal chemical industry.
