国内发明专利有效量逾三百万件

国家知识产权局近日举行“知识产权这十年”专题新闻发布会。据介绍，2012年至2021年，国家知识产权局累计授权发明专利395.3万件，年均增长13.8%。

The number of valid invention patents on the Chinese mainland has exceeded 3 million, with a rising proportion in the field of digital technologies, the National Intellectual Property Administration said on Sunday.

国家知识产权局10月9日表示，我国国内（不含港澳台）发明专利有效量已超300万件。数字技术领域专利所占比重快速提高。

As of September, there were over 3.15 million valid invention patents held on the Chinese mainland, said Ge Shu, an official with the administration, at a press conference.

国家知识产权局战略规划司司长葛树在新闻发布会上表示，截至2022年9月，国内（不含港澳台）发明专利有效量约315万件。

More than 30 percent of the Chinese patents belonged to strategic emerging industries, such as new energy vehicles, digital creativity, and high-end equipment manufacturing, and 13 percent have a patent term of over 10 years, according to the official.

战略性新兴产业有效发明专利占国内总量的比重超过三成。其中，新能源汽车、数字创意、高端装备制造等战略性新兴产业尤为活跃。维持年限超过10年的发明专利所占比重达到13.0%。
