睡前饮食直接影响睡眠质量,专家建议睡前至少2小时之内不要进食过多食物,且应避免摄入以下几种食物。

据中国睡眠研究会2021年发布的报告显示,中国有超3亿人存在睡眠障碍。晚上睡不好,白天就会感到疲惫、易怒,长期慢性失眠还会带来严重后果,比如记性差、脱发、焦虑、抑郁,甚至得高血压、冠心病、心衰的风险远大于常人。

引发失眠的原因有很多,饮食不当是其中之一。睡前饮食直接影响睡眠质量,专家建议睡前至少2小时之内不要进食过多食物,且应避免摄入以下几种食物:

1. Alcohol酒精
