疫情时期美国遭遇用工荒，企业纷纷放出大招来吸引劳动力。继沃尔玛和塔吉特宣布资助员工学费之后，日前，电商巨头亚马逊也宣布，将为所有美国一线员工全额支付大学学费。     Amazon has offered to cover the cost of college tuition of all 750,000 of its frontline workers in the US. It comes as the online shopping giant struggles to attract and retain staff amid an industry wide labour shortage.
