Boxer Lovlina Borgohain has given Indian fans happiness as she has assured herself a medal after defeating Chinese Taipei's Nien-Chin Chen in the women's welterweight category After her astounding victory, many celebs from Bollywood congratulated Lovlina.
Actor Farhan Akhtar took to his official Twitter handle and congratulated the boxer. He wrote "Congratulations @LovlinaBorgohai .. already in the medals Raised fist .. now just stay calm, stay focused and todun taak! #Tokyo2020 #Boxing" Randeep Hooda also wrote a special congratulatory note for Lovlina . He tweeted "A new dawn on the North East horizon #LovlinaBorgohain #Boxing #Olympics" "Remember the name!" said former fast bowler RP Singh while acknowledging Lovlina's achievement. Sports Minister Anurag Thakur also congratulated the boxer.
