New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Shri Arvind Kejriwal suggested sharing the formula of vaccine companies as a solution to vaccine shortage across the country. He demanded that the Central Government obtain the formula from both the vaccine-manufacturing companies and diffuse it to other companies to increase vaccine production. Just two companies can't make vaccines for the entire nation. Therefore, the formula must be shared with other companies, allowing them to produce vaccines as well and a part of the profit can be shared with both the parent company and the manufacturers. Only two companies supplying vaccine Currently, only two companies are manufacturing vaccines in India, which produce only 6-7 crore doses a month. At this pace, it will take two years for every person in the country to be inoculated; meanwhile, multiple Covid waves would have passed, thereby making the exercise futile. India has brilliant entrepreneurs, pharma companies, and scientists. If given the opportunity, they will provide their full support. Hence, a national plan should be made that aims for vaccinating every citizen of the country in a few months, only then will everybody have protection before the next wave arrives.More Related News
