A new report by the Heritage Foundation is shining a light on China's role in the deadly fentanyl crisis that has been killing Americans for years.

Harding, noted the massive numbers of deaths linked to the drug, which can be fatal in small doses and is estimated to have killed 75,000 Americans in 2023.
