The ICC is scheduled to play the first-ever Test Championship final between the two countries in Southampton, England from 18 to 22 June. Top Indian players like Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, Jasprit Bumrah, Mohammad Shami among others will not be part of the Sri Lanka tour as they will be in England at that time. According to the reports, this series played between India and Sri Lanka will start on 13 July and will end on 27th. The Indian team will leave for the Sri Lanka tour on July 5. After this, the players of the team will have to stay in quarantine for a week. It will be divided into two parts, the first three days will be hard quarantine in which players will have to stay locked in the hotel room, and then the players will be allowed to practice for four days. Possible schedule of the series The squad will play the three-match ODI series on 13, 16, and 19 July. After this, three T20 matches will be scheduled to be played on July 22, 24, and 27.
