Stormy alleges one-night stand with Trump, agreed to lie for her $130,000 payoff

Prosecutors allege Donald Trump falsified business records to conceal money paid to silence porn star Stormy Daniels for a one-night encounter in 2016.
That may not matter in a trial that ultimately turns on an allegation of falsified business records, but this does: Howard Kurtz is the host of FOX News Channel's MediaBuzz (Sundays 11 a.m.-12 p.m. ET). Based in Washington, D.C., he joined the network in July 2013 and regularly appears on Special Report with Bret Baier and other programs.
Daniels says that in exchange for a $130,000 payment – and there’s no factual dispute that Michael Cohen sent her the money – she signed a non-disclosure agreement that required her to lie.
