Warner Bros. halts ‘The Batman’ production because of coronavirus

Batman is in for a dark night. Warner Bros. has temporarily suspended production of “The Batman” — the reboot which stars Robert Pattinson as Bruce Wayne — to try to prevent the spread of coronavirus, according to news outlets. “Warner Bros. Pictures feature production of The Batman will be on a two-week hiatus starting today. The studio will continue to monitor the situation closely,” the company said in a statement, reported Deadline Friday.
