Benjamin Steakhouse signs lease for new Manhattan location

It’s out with the old beef, in with the new. Benjamin Steakhouse has signed a lease for nearly 5,000 square feet on two floors plus the basement at 44 W. 56th St., previously home to Uncle Jack’s Steakhouse. The blended asking rent for the first and second floors was $125 per square foot. ABS Partners’ Dean Valentino, who represented Benjamin, said the address was “perfectly suited” to the restaurant, which has two other Manhattan locations. Honeybrains, the fast-casual spot for tasty, “brain-friendly” meals, is set to launch its third and largest Manhattan location.
