Pearl Jam uses augmented reality to tease ‘Superblood Wolfmoon’ song

You Vedder have a smartphone if you want to hear a preview of Pearl Jam’s new song. Pearl Jam is allowing fans to preview its new single “Superblood Wolfmoon” off its upcoming album “Gigaton” through an augmented reality experience. The “Jeremy” jammers partnered with a company called Powster to create the web app, which can be found on mobile phones at Moon.PearlJam.com. Fans can then point their phone cameras at the moon “to trigger the song snippet and pre-order the song,” according to a press release. The AR experience will be live through Feb. 19 when “Superblood Wolfmoon” will be fully available online.
