BALTIMORE — Hours before his struggling team awoke from a very early season slumber to beat the woebegone Orioles on Thursday, Aaron Boone expressed confidence the Yankees would emerge from missing some of their biggest names in good shape. “Had a little bump in the road on our opening home stand and getting hit obviously with injuries here early, but such is the nature of the big league season,’’ said Boone, whose 3-4 club resumes a three-game series at Camden Yards on Saturday night. “We just happened to get hit with a little bit early.
