Here are the best places to dine on Chinese New Year

When it comes to the Year of Earth Pig, which begins on Feb. 5, food choices are anything but limited. Consider chef Morimoto’s menu at Momosan NYC at 342 Lexington Ave., which features pork dishes like crispy mimiga — fried pig ear, shichimi and Japanese mayo for dipping; and tonkotsu — a noodle dish that includes pork chashu, aji-tama, takana, kikurage, toasted nori, garlic oil and soy tare.
