Mika Zibanejad’s return to Rangers comes after big surprise

Somehow, someway, the Rangers didn’t collapse during Mika Zibanejad’s month-long absence. In fact, the team went 8-4-1 despite not having the Swedish center’s offensive talents and leadership — including two overtime wins and a come-from-behind victory on the road against the Canadiens for good measure.
