Doping scandal: WADA to decide whether Russia is in compliance with code

Athletes have called for Russia to be banned from competing in the Pyeongchang Olympics. So have leaders from National Anti-Doping Organizations. But the World Anti-Doping Agency, the global regulator, has been mum on its recommendation three weeks before the International Olympic Committee is set to consider what sanction Russia might face for operating a state-sponsored doping system.
